I like this! If you do too you might like my video! It’s funnier than seeing Newt Gingrich in a marathon and more manly than Lady Gaga! Okay nothing’s more manly than her but it’s still worth watching! Comment and send me your email address and I will send you a free copy of the song! Thanks!
one of my favorite songs….simple but so damn catchy! plus nas has ridiculous flow anyway…good music here! …check the group « INRG MUSIC – FEELIN’ IT » i been listenin to, the sounds of real hip hop!
When I heard Nat King Cole’s voice in the end of this song, I cried, out of bliss because I just heard good music but sadness because Hip Hop isn’t like this anymore.
4 years ago, this was the first hip hop song I ever listened to.
@LoneSomeSong I love that « black panther » shit that he’s on. He’s such a diverse MC, anyone that truly appreciates his music shouldn’t box him in. He’s multidemensional and that’s why so many people love his music. Distant Relatives was the best album that dropped last year in my humble opinion.
Dam Hip Hop is Dead was one of the greatest albums of all time no doubt. But this black panther bull shit hes on now days has poised my respect for him.
I was raised on the Drifters, Carol King, the Bobettes. Being an ignorant eight year old at the time, I thought that rap was completely evil, based on what I knew about Lil Wayne & Eminem. A friend (who was far smarter than I) showed me « If I Ruled the World » by YouKnowWho. I LOVED it, but knowing it was « evil rap » made me hide this. But I secretly listened to it here on YouTube, and Pandora introduced me to more:KRS one,the Roots, Gang Starr.

Nas at his best. Blew up, got rich, stayed true to his roots and himself. Even to this day, he’s simply Nasty.
