My best guess is that some people don’t really connect with the pastiche-based, detail-heavy, ‘in-joke’/subtle -type humor or the way he explores emotional themes. You ever notice how sometimes you appreciate his movies better the second time? Some people don’t like to have to do that. I’ve thought a lot about this, because I want my parents to love Anderson’s movies like I do…but they just don’t take to them. To each their own, I suppose.

Edward Norton, Bruce Willis, Bill Murray & Jason Schwartzman all working together under Wes Anderson? This could be his best yet…Uncontrollably excited. Seriously, someone control me!!!
