No, they don’t actually have sex.
As musikTECH said, it’s filmed in a way that portrays them as having sex. There may be actual nudity but the sex itself is faked by the actors. They make the movements, moan, and do facial expressions. I’ve also heard the actors wear special flesh-colored underwear while it’s taking place.
Also, combine that with lighting, editing, and camera tricks, and you have fake convincing sex scenes.
@karpfenaut its filmed in a way that portrays them as having sex. They dont, there maybe nudity etc, but no actual sex. Just movements with skin colored clothing
