www.x101.info A single father and chairman of his town’s historical society is summoned when a time capsule buried behind an elementary school in 1958 is prematurely unearthed because of a water-main break. The man, whose son attends the school, sifts through the contents and finds drawings of what 1958 tykes predicted the modern world would be like. It’s all flying cars and fantasy stuff, with the exception of one chilling entry. One child predicted some of the most horrible events in recent history, and there’s one that hasn’t yet occurred, which the man attempts to prevent.

@ConnieT2008 they were presented as angels…as something which came to save the human race…and i guess they took the children..maybe cuz they were more pure than the adults. o__O and were capable of continuing the human race, dont u think so?

I wanted to add one more thing…lots of people are commenting on the alien ending. I didn’t care for that either but at one point didn’t it kind of look like they were going to make them « angels » but changed to aliens? And this is of no real significance but they made a point of the hearing aid at least twice and never really backed it up with anything. But then I always look for the little things to be explained.
I liked the movie but kind of felt the ending had a 1960’s sort of feel to it. But I’d like to have it in my collection and watch it again from time to time.

The one in the movie was contained in less than 4hrs and with no one killed.

The first half is really good but the ending if this movie is rubbish. It could have been so much better.

Its basicaly very good and subtle propaganda against the existense of a supreme and loving God. theybtry to make the bad angels lok like they have changed and become the « good » guys– its one of those movies which is atempting to destroy peoples faith in a true and caring God –and it works on the weak in faith and thats quiet a few people. so those of you who are weakinfaith –build your faith oin the rock –chist jesus not the lies of this movie.
First half was eerie and scary.But, it just lost its way towards the second half.
